Cancellation Policy

If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order may have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We define a damaged item as one that is defective or physically broken. Please note that damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, where the product inside is in good condition, does not qualify as damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing melvancontact@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your situation and, if eligible, provide a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays outside of our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances during shipping. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
